choose the items you want to buy and where you would like to have them delivered,
and then leave it to us; we take care of everything; we ensure that your items are
carefully packaged and reach you as quickly as possible.
At AQVA Bathrooms, we take pride in our time bound delivery system, for we offer
efficient deliveries all over UK and Europe. At our web-store, we have an overwhelming
range of products such as Baths, Shower Enclosures, Brass-ware, and Furniture to
offer, with intent to enable you to purchase products of your choice from the range.
In addition to all that, we offer deliveries to any post code in UK and Europe,
with varying delivery charges subject to your post code. We have already quoted
standard delivery charges on product/s for post codes in England; however, these
charges may vary, if you live outside of England and want the deliveries of the
products over there.
Notably, size of the parcel/s is crucial. We use carrier companies, which is subject
to the size of the parcel/s. We have a few known and reputed Carrier Companies that
we hire for prompt, safe and time bound deliveries, and the list includes Yodel,
DHL, Translink Express, Royal Mail and Home Delivery Network. All of them do require
a signature for all deliveries taken or accepted. To minimise delay, please ensure
that you have someone to collect the parcel at your home or office between 9am to
5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Late Deliveries
Late deliveries can occur in rare occasions, mainly, if it’s a national holiday.
We sent out all the details pertaining to the delivery and tracking of the parcel,
which includes the detail of the carrier company and the tracking code. Firstly,
use the tracking code sent along with your order update email, to check where your
parcel is, with the carrier company. This information will help you in finding out
if there is an issue with your order. It will give you a clear status; if it has
been despatched from our warehouse, and if you feel there’s a delay in delivery,
please contact our customer support with the order reference number, and we will
investigate further.
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. AQVA Bathrooms cannot be
held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
