all our customers’ convenience. Our Returns Policy is part of the AQVA’s Term& Conditions
pertaining to return of goods by the customers and availing refunds, as stated below:
Regarding the defective products, we have a process whereby the returned product
will be examined by us and you will be notified about your refund within a reasonable
period of time via e-mail.
The refund due to you will be processed by us as soon as possible, in any case,
within 30 days from the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled
to a refund for the defective Product/s. Product/s returned by you
because of a defect not caused by you or your servant or agent will be refunded
in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you
and the cost incurred by you in returning the product/s to us.
Product/s damaged in transit must be noted as ‘damaged’ at the time of delivery,
documented on the delivery note and delivery refused. It is the responsibility of
the customer to check the Products for damage with the delivery driver, and to notify
us of any damages within a reasonable period.
