Questions & Answers

Asked By: Julie Carter
we have the Tre Mercati Roma Exposed Thermostatic Shower Valve Antique Gold, for about 2 years, and the ON/OFF dial has just suddenly gone so stiff you can now hardly turn it on and off, I have tried a little WD40 but this has not worked, any ideas. we did order it through yourselves. thanks julie

A good option is to take out the on off valve and to soak it in a 50/50 solution of warm water and white vinegar – this can remove lime scale and other deposits that can get inside the valve and can sometimes make it easier to move
