Looks modern and sleek in the shower. Bulb is very bright but we just swapped it for one to match the rest of the bathroom. Very happy with purchase.

Hi, The extractor fan has stopped working, please can you advise as to how I go about getting this sorted. The LED light works ok, but the fan is 'idling' constantly, the only way to stop it is to switch the lights circuit breaker off. Kind regards, John Looker

To enable us to troubleshoot and see what can be done to resolve this, please kindly call HIB Product Support team upon our return to work in the New Year. They are-open 02.01.18 and Product Support are available on 01827 286 820 – Option 2. If you have purchased from us, Any replacements required can only be done either from us or via the retailer's account, from where you have purchased, but HIB can at least determine what is needed to resolve this for you.
