This is a 2 tap hole bath. If you require bath without taphole please refer OP-106940 in the product.

Can you tell me is the top surface of the bath completely flat, or does it have a raised lip?

The Granada II has a flat top, it is the Granada 1 which has the raised lip around the rim.
